1. Agreeing to these terms

By using DiscoverMF ("the site"), you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What the site is

DiscoverMF gives information and tools about Indian mutual funds: fund data, screens, comparisons, holdings, calculators, portfolio tracking and analysis, and guides.

The site does not sell, distribute or transact in mutual funds, and it does not give investment advice. It is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst. Nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any fund.

3. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you will follow the laws that apply to you.

4. Data and accuracy

We take care with the information on the site, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or correct. Check a fund's official documents before you act. Names and marks of others that appear on the site belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

5. Your account

Sign-in is by a one-time code sent to your email, so access to your account is access to that inbox; keep it secure. Do not share your account or create accounts for others. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

6. Portfolios and imported statements

You may add your own funds and transactions, or import a statement you are entitled to use. You are responsible for what you enter and import. How we handle it is set out in our privacy policy.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

• scrape, crawl or download the site's data in bulk by automated means;
• copy, resell or republish the site's data or content;
• use the site to give investment advice to others;
• try to get around access limits or security;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

8. Our content

The site's design, code, text and analysis are ours. We are not affiliated with any of the organisations whose names appear on the site.

9. Limits on our liability

The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, including investment losses or lost profits, that comes from using the site or relying on anything on it.

10. Indemnity

You agree to cover us against claims, losses and costs (including legal fees) that arise from your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your breach of anyone else's rights.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. If a change is material, we will email registered users at least 14 days before it takes effect. Using the site after that means you accept the change.

12. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them or the site.
